Anjell and I created SugarHI Creations a few months ago and have been enjoying every minute of it. It seemed like the thing to...considering in our past few years of being best friends, we have been inseparable! As Anjell mentioned, we have really not gone more than a day or two with out talking, texting or hanging out! Our kids are like brothers and sisters and we do everything from beach and girls night, to grocery shopping and our bible meetings and ministry together...why not a cookie business!?!
We started with cupcakes and then discovered decorated sugar cookies and were hooked. The possibilities are endless and the best part is it's SO MUCH FUN!! We can be creative and crafty, bake and make all in one. I tend to be a little OCD. I love straight, clean lines and exact numbers of cookies (ask Anjell,when a batch makes 23 cookies rather than 24, it kinds freaks me out...lol!) and Anjell is a little more on the artsy side and is great at thinking out side of my perfectly measured box! That being said we are a great balance to each other and are able to accomplish so much more together than if we were doing this on our own.
